Shipping/Return Policy

Deposits: Orders over $50.00 require a 50% deposit no less than 48 hours prior to pickup.

Tiered Cakes require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of order and the remaining balance is due no less than 2 weeks prior to pickup.

Cancellations On Orders Other Than Tiered Cakes And Custom Cookie Orders: Cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. Some exceptions apply, please contact Duke Bakery at 618-462-2922.

Tiered cakes and custom cookie orders are not eligible for full refunds.

Order Changes:  Changes on tiered cakes and custom cookie orders require no less than 1 week notice. Changes on any other orders require no less than 48 hours notice prior to pickup. Some accommodations may be made with shorter notice, please call Duke Bakery at 618-462-2922 to inquire.

Returns/Refunds:  Please contact Duke Bakery at 618-462-2922 within 24 hours if there is an issue with your order. Duke Bakery does not offer refunds- only exchanges.

Shipping:  Products will be shipped out within 1-2 business days unless otherwise notified.

Duke Bakery is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Products damaged by inclement weather and prolonged exposure to the outdoors is not the responsibility of Duke Bakery. Certain exceptions apply, please contact Duke Bakery at 618-462-2922 for assistance.

Duke Bakery is not responsible for lost packages due to the incorrect address provided by the customer.
