A twist on our classic gooey butter coffee cake, this mini version has a shortbread style crust instead of a sweet dough crust.  This individual sized cake is filled with the same delicious gooey butter filling as the bigger coffee cake version and lightly dusted with powdered sugar.  It’s the perfect size for a personal treat!
